Challenge Ministries UK (CM UK) is a charity dedicated to creating sustainable and transformational change for the rural communities most affected by extreme poverty throughout Eswatini, Africa. At CMUK we firmly believe in the power of community-driven and church-centred initiatives. By addressing the root causes of poverty, our programmes aim to create sustainable solutions that empower individuals, families, and communities to thrive for generations to come.
We focus on various areas of impact, which include:
Care of orphaned and vulnerable children
Addiction and abuse rehabilitation
Rural community development through church planting
Creating rural business enterprises.

Childcare
We work directly with Swaziland Social Welfare, holistically caring for over 400 orphaned and vulnerable children. We are responsible for the total care of the child from baby all the way through to adulthood and further education.
Rehabilitation
We run 12-month residential rehabilitation programs modelled on the Teen Challenge approach for those affected by addiction, abuse and poverty. Providing effective treatment, career training and community reintegration.
Rural Community Development
We work with rural communities throughout Eswatini, Africa to develop sustainable initiatives in healthcare, agriculture and education. We have developed over 40 community run sites, each caring for a 5 mile radius.
Rural Business Enterprise
We develop sustainable business enterprises in rural communities that provide job opportunities, create food security and advance economic development with the aim of reducing extreme poverty in Eswatini, Africa.
